Ondine WellsK-12 Education/Technology Transfer Coordinator
Ondine brings more than 20 years of experience in educational program development/evaluation, scientific communications, and social science research. She has worked with a number of UF/IFAS Extension programs, private industry, and founded/directed a non-profit in Washington, D.C. empowering youth through community leadership projects.
Develop and lead K-12 STEM outreach activities to foster student interest and engagement in transportation and engineering. Work with researchers in the STRIDE (Southeastern Transportation Research, Innovation, Development, and Education) Center to engage government and industry stakeholders, and disseminate and implement transportation research results. Coordinate all K-12 and technology transfer activities with STRIDE partner universities throughout the southeast.
