Dr. Jian Zou is interested in experimental characterization and constitutive modeling of asphalt mixtures and methods for mitigating traffic and environment deterioration of asphalt pavements. He has completed eight FDOT research projects and one NCHRP project. Dr. Zou consistently produces high-quality journal publications in civil engineering and transportation infrastructure materials. He serves as a member in the Editorial Board of International Journal of Pavement Research and Technology.
