CCE offers graduate study and research opportunities in eight areas: Coastal & Oceanographic Engineering, Construction Management Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Materials & Pavements Engineering, Public Works Engineering, Structural Engineering, Transportation Engineering, and Water Resources/Hydrologic Engineering. Research may involve theoretical developments, physical testing, and computer modeling. The department's entire research program is directed toward engineering for the public benefit.
