William M. Sampson, P.E., is a Civil Engineering faculty member with over 40 years of experience. He is the Director of the McTrans and T2 Centers, responsible for Highway Capacity Software (HCS) ongoing development and technical assistance. He teaches training courses on Capacity Analysis and Traffic Engineering. He authored a textbook entitled, “‘Highway Capacity Analysis’ HCM6 and HCS7′”. He taught two graduate courses (Traffic Engineering and Highway Capacity Analysis for fifteen years at UF.
