Jasper works in the University of Florida’s T2 Center as an Education Training Specialist. She graduated from University of South Florida in 2014 with a Bachelor’s in Civil and Environmental Engineering, focusing in Transportation and Geotechnical engineering. Prior to joining the University of Florida, she gained a decade of professional experience in the private sector of engineering and surveying, mainly in production and project management. She is a licensed professional surveyor and mapper in Florida and working towards licensure as a professional engineer. Jasper holds a current Advanced Maintenance of Traffic certificate. She understands the importance of maintaining certifications and professional licensure for individuals and entities, alike.
Jasper is passionate about serving the community and helping others. Jasper is the mother of two boys, Mason and Wyatt. Jasper served as secretary for the Gainesville chapter of American Society of Civil Engineers’ (ASCE) in 2017 – 2018. She enjoys spending free time outdoors with family.
As an Education Training Specialist, Jasper manages the auxiliary training course programs at the T2 Center and leads the group in curating qualified instructors and maintaining relationships with community partners and students. Jasper is known for her ability to tackle challenges by seamless collaboration with team members.
